Friday, August 3rd | Women’s Fellowship Friday
Each month is different, but the purpose is always the same: to create a place of fellowship for the women of the Resolved, to grow in unity and Christ’s love. This is an excellent time to get to know new women at the church or bring your friends who are searching for gospel-centered friendships (whether they know it or not).
THIS Friday, August 3rd, we’ll be meeting at Lighthouse Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt in OB for dessert and hangout time by the beach. Meet at 7:45 to grab some dessert and watch the sunset. Stay as long as you want! Bonus points for carpooling or making dinner plans with your friends and bringing them along. As always, the Women’s Fellowship Fridays are a place of community, encouragement and a great chance to meet others at the church and to bring your church seeking (or not) friends.
Lighthouse Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt (no, it isn’t Yogurtland – but I hear there are waffle sandwiches)

Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled. (Titus 2:3-5)
That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God’s mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. (Colossians 2:2-3)
So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being the same mind, having the same love, bing in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. (Philippians 2:1-4)

• To create a comfortable place for us to bring new believers and new attenders
