Theo 321 – Pastoral Residency
To prepare a man who has been called by Jesus to be a pastor in a local visible expression of His church. This preparation includes both experiential and intellectual training. As demonstrated by both Jesus’ twelve disciples and the apostle Paul, who both spent three in preparation, we believe the calling to plant a church necessitates this type of commitment in order to “walk in a manner worthy of the calling” received (Eph 4:1).
