Suffering and the Glory of God (8 Parts)
A sermon series addressing suffering and the glory of God. The sermons are an exegetical treatment of Romans 8:18-39 and coovering such topics as: the relation of natural evil and moral evil to God, longing for new bodies, the help of the Holy Spirit in suffering, how God works things for good and who for, God’s use of suffering to make us like Jesus, the issue of predestination, the existence of God despite suffering, and barriers between us and the love of God. These sermons were originally preached from January to March of 2008 at The Resolved Church in San Diego, CA.
